Meet Your Instructor

Meet Debbie Modlesky, the owner and primary instructor of Aligné Pilates Studio.  Debbie brings over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry.  Her extensive background has equipped her with a deep understanding of movement, anatomy, and the importance of alignment in achieving optimal health.  Debbie is a 500-hour comprehensive Pilates certified instructor, and personal trainer, ensuring that she possesses the highest level of training in this discipline.

Reformer Flow - Beginner/Intermediate

Cardio Pilates

Jump into our Pilates Reformer Cardio, Strength and Stretch class for improved cardiovascular health, enhanced muscular strength, increased flexibility and improved posture. This fun, low impact, energy-filled class is designed for all levels from beginner to advanced. Experience a dynamic workout that combines the principles of Pilates with cardiovascular training, strength building and flexibility exercises. Utilizing the reformer to jump your way into a series of controlled movements designed to promote a safe, low-impact cardio workout.

Aligné, Balance and Center (ABC)

Join us for Aligné, Balance and Center (ABC), a comprehensive Pilates class designed to enhance your physical well-being regardless of your level of experience. This class focuses on core strength, flexibility and body awareness through a series of carefully structured exercises that promote proper alignment and balance. Participants will engage in both mat-based, and reformer assisted movements that emphasize controlled breathing and mindful movement, fostering a deeper connection between mind and body.
